Every CLAMBULANCE raw bar brings together oysters and littlenecks from across Martha’s Vineyard and the greater South Coast of Massachusetts.
Some are raised in open ocean with strong tidal flow, while others develop in protected ponds and estuaries with softer salinity and mineral-rich conditions.
We feature multiple growing regions and farms throughout the New England coastline. The result is a raw bar that allows guests to experience the region, one oyster at a time.

CLAMBULANCE was founded by Captain & Chef Beau Begin, whose life has been shaped by the waters of the Southern Coast of Massachusetts.
Growing up in New Bedford, the seafood capital of the world, and later working and fishing on Martha’s Vineyard, Beau has spent decades sourcing and serving the finest seafood available.
Today the CLAMBULANCE brings that knowledge and tradition to events across New England and the East Coast.
